PADI Wreck Diver course
You will be amazed how many ships sunk during the years and are now resting on the bottom of the sea. The majority of these wrecks lie so deep that they are out of reach for the recreational diver, but there are still plenty wrecks left which can be reached. Wrecks have a great attraction on the underwater life and you will encounter a great diversity of life on each wreck you visit. This and also the history of a particular wreck, makes wreck diving very interesting. Wrecks demand a healthy dose of respect, not only from a historical point of view but also for your own safety. |
 |
| Diving on wrecks is not completely without risk especially if you are careless and dont have any training in wreck diving. This is why during the course a lot of attention is given to the procedures that make diving on wrecks save. You will make a total of four dives and if the conditions are favourable you will even go into the wreck. You will than check out the bridge, the hold or even the engine room. Often the different parts will still be recognizable and together with the proper information this will give an extra dimension to the dive. |
